When will my order ship?

We need 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order and 3-4 business days for larger items. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the next business day.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states. We currently don’t ship internationally.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us proof of the damaged product within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will issue a store credit for the amount spent to purchase the products ordered.

My order has not arrived. What do I do?

We track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please email us your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts. If the package states “delivered” but is not there, please contact the shipping company used to find your package.

Can I use multiple AromatheraV products together? 

AromatheraV products are sufficient to use individually, but we suggest using all of our products together for optimal results. 

I have sensitive skin; is AromatheraV suitable for me? 

AromatherV products are created for sensitive skin, and a sensitive V! Our organic natural ingredients are designed to soothe your V, protect it, and comfort it. 

Can I use AromatheraV if I’m pregnant? 

We believe our product is safe to use while pregnant because of the all-natural components in the product. Please be sure to review the label to make sure nothing you are allergic to is listed. Other than that, it should be safe to use while pregnant.

Are your products vegan? 

My products are 100% vegan And made with organic natural ingredients. We pride ourselves on the simplicity yet luxury of our products. 

How long will the products last? 

Our products are designed to last you 4 to 6 months; a little goes a long way!

Are your products designed to cover odor or block it?

AromatheraV was designed to kill odor at the root, allowing your natural flora to emanate.

My creases seem darker after a short time of using the Intimate Deodorant Stick; why?

The intimate deodorant will start to dry out the dead skin cells on your vaginal crease, which will cause them to get dark. The dead skin will then shed as you bathe, leaving healthy and lighter skin near your vaginal creases.

Why is there leftover residue when using the Intimate Deodorant Stick?

The deodorant stick is small but potent; a little goes a long way. One swipe per crease will get the intimate area dry and deodorized.

There is peppermint in the V-Fresher Spray; will that irritate me?

No, on the contrary. It is designed to soothe the V, and peppermint is known to balance pH.

Do I only have to use the V-fresher spray on my V?

Not! You can spray the front and back of your intimates to keep them fresh. Also, a pro tip: spray in the toilet before taking a number 2, it will block out that smell as well!

Are menstrual drops safe to go inside my V as I use tampons or a menstrual cup? 

Yes, oils are organic and created to be safe to go inside the V. Properties in the drops will help avoid irritation and a thrown-off pH.

Will these drops dry me out?

They will not, but use both the Menstrual Drops and V-Fresher Spray for optimum moisture.
